Help Year Up New York | New Jersey students prepare for internships in a simulated virtual presentation environment. In small groups, volunteers attend presentations where participants quantify and qualify the skills they have built during their time at Year Up, share their goals, and reflect on their experiences ahead of the internship phase of their program.
Volunteers are then asked to provide direct feedback to the participants on their presentations and public speaking skills and also fill out written feedback!
A Zoom link will be provided to registered volunteers in advance. Volunteers are welcome from any location as this activity is virtual.
