Kennedy was born on March 19, 1997, in St. Joseph, Missouri. She excelled in her studies, taking numerous dual credit courses and earning a Bright Flight scholarship. In 2019, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Missouri. As president of Mizzou Engineers Without Borders, Kennedy traveled to Panama to help implement a sustainable pipeline for clean water access. During her college years, she began an internship with Schneider Electric, marking the start of her 7-year journey with the SE team. Though her time at SE was relatively short, her impact was significant. Kennedy quickly adapted to new tasks and products, consistently approaching her work with enthusiasm and a collaborative spirit. She was a dedicated team member who left a lasting impression on everyone around her. This fundraiser is linked to The Kennedy Tunks Memorial Scholarship Fund through the Curators of the University of Missouri Special Trust. It will be awarded to women pursuing higher education in business or engineering. Thank you for considering supporting this cause in honor of Kennedy and the future female leaders we aim to inspire!
