LOCAL ELECTRICIANS BUILDING COMMUNITY
Several local electricians in the Phoenix area have come together again to share knowledge, sharpen skills, and uplift the next generation of tradespeople with another local event. This effort is driven by a passion for the craft and a commitment to mentorship. Electricians from California, Vegas, and all across Arizona came through at the previous event in June 2025—no ego, just heart to share knowledge help each other with practicing various bends and take some tips and tricks they each use.
We are aiming to supporting these efforts—whether through swag giveaways, tool or material donations and simply by cheering them on and hope that we have your support.
We have 2 events coming up in August where attendees can practice bending conduit and switching with seasoned professionals and also build on a network so they have supports within the region.
These tradespeople are giving their own time to build something bigger than themselves. Let’s meet them with encouragement, resources, and real support. Mentorship at the field level matters.
